Chantalle counsels and advise startups and non-profits as a fractional General Counsel.  Prior to launching her own practice, Chantalle honed her skills in corporate defense and affirmative litigation at Paul, Weiss.  She also gained a strong understanding of government contracting and procurement process at the NYC Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice.

 

Chantalle obtained her JD from New York University School of Law, where she was an AnBryce Scholar, and completed her undergraduate degree in Economics at Northeastern University.

 
Some of her specialties include drafting and negotiating advisory agreements, settlements, data sharing agreements, and designing compliance and corporate governance programs. She serves as Secretary and Assistant Secretary to multiple boards and is very passionate about social change and innovation.
